Tyrian Khan: The Uneasy Case of Admission

In 1997, a Los Angeles Superior Court issued a default judgment declaring Imran Khan the father of Tyrian Jade White after he failed to contest the suit or submit to DNA testing; Khan has consistently denied paternity, with no genetic confirmation ever established.

When denial lasts longer than responsibility

Let me be clear about my position.

I am not neutral on this question.

After reviewing the court record, the timeline, the silence, the evasions, and the decades-long refusal to resolve a matter that could have been conclusively settled with a single test, I am convinced that Imran Khan chose denial over responsibility.

That conviction does not require gossip.
It does not require character assassination.
It requires only one thing: patterned avoidance.

Panama papers scandal was about off-shore companies; whereas, Epstein files is about Human sexual exploitation. No wonder what had remained the character of Imran Khan.

Default Judgments Don’t Create Children — Conduct Does

Defenders of Imran Khan repeat one line endlessly:

“It was only a default judgment.”

Correct.

But default judgments don’t exist in a vacuum.

They happen when a party:

  • refuses to appear

  • refuses to contest

  • refuses a DNA test

  • refuses closure

A man falsely accused does not avoid certainty for three decades.

ImageThe Test That Was Always Available — And Never Taken

Imran Khan has repeatedly said he would accept a paternity test in Pakistan.

That offer sounds reasonable—until you notice the timeline.

  • The child was born in 1992

  • The case was filed in the mid-1990s

  • The ruling came in 1997

  • Sita White died in 2004

  • Tyrian grew up

  • Elections came and went

  • Power was gained and lost

At any point, certainty was available.

It was never pursued.

Not once.

That is not legal strategy.
That is deliberate indeterminacy.
