He stated, “I earned ten times more in leagues than what I would have earned while playing for Pakistan.” Despite his absence from the Pakistan Cricket Team for over two years without any solid reason, Imad continued to perform exceptionally well in leagues, particularly in PSL 8. Consequently, he was selected for the PCT once again and remained silent during that period.
However, Imad Wasim has made it clear that he will not remain silent if he faces a similar situation in the future. He stated, “I will take professional action in case I will be dropped from the Pakistan Cricket Team now without any reason.” This statement indicates that Imad is determined to have his voice heard and not be ignored.
