The Apology Post and Profile Disappearance
Soon after the backlash began intensifying, another screenshot surfaced showing an apology attributed to the same account. The post stated:
“Some people are trying to harm my business by misinterpreting my words… We apologize to every citizen of Pakistan. We sincerely apologize.”
According to many social media users tracking the situation, the Facebook profile that had posted the original message was later deleted or deactivated, adding another layer of confusion to the unfolding controversy.
Bonanza Satrangi’s Official Response
As the backlash spread, Bonanza Satrangi issued an official statement dated 03.03.2026, declaring that the person behind the viral posts was not affiliated with the company. The statement emphasized that a female individual had been “falsely claiming and impersonating to be the CEO of Bonanza Satrangi.”
The company clarified that the account holder was neither the CEO nor connected to the company’s board or staff and that the matter had been reported to authorities. A follow-up statement later confirmed that the alleged impersonator profile had been formally reported to Pakistan’s cybercrime authorities.
The brand also reiterated its commitment to “respect for all religious sentiments” and urged the public to rely only on official communication channels.
