Pakistan Football won a FIFA World Cup Round One Qualifying Match

Stephen Constantine

This is only the beginning; we will advance to the FIFA World Cup. Technically, it was the second match as it was the second leg. The hero of the game, 19-year-old Harun Hamid, entered the match in the second half coming off the bench and changing the course of the game by scoring a goal into the 67th minute of the game. While we celebrated Harun Hamid’s goal, let’s not overlook the incredible contributions of Faridullah. His outstanding assist was the backbone of our historic win.

What’s the qualifying route now, please?

Pakistan will now face off against Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Tajikistan in Group G in the second round of the qualifiers, beginning on November 16. There are six more matches to go.

How many teams advance from Group G?

Out of the top 18 teams, they will need to be narrowed down to 8. This will likely involve one team participating in a playoff at some point.

A new chapter in the history of Pakistan 🇵🇰 football unfolds as Pakistan emerges victorious against Cambodia 🇰🇭. The final score stands at 1-0, with Harun Hamid securing a spectacular goal. This FIFA World Cup Qualifier match took place in Islamabad.

Such an inspiration for many young people who love football. Now they can play with their passion. The day is near, inshallah we will qualify for the World Cup.
