It needs a university idea to become a working product, a Pakistani startup to reach a paying customer, and an export contract that survives long after the launch banners come down. Quantum Valley Pakistan deserves attention because it proposes to connect those steps; it deserves scrutiny because announcing the connection is easier than making it work.
