1. DG License Cancellation + No-Export Mode
- Cancel distribution-generation (DG) license
- Operate purely for self-consumption
- Remain invisible to export accounting
2. Reduce Plant Capacity Below Baseline Load
- Resize active solar capacity
- Ensure zero surplus generation
- Stay operationally compliant
Both strategies are already being evaluated by commercial consumers anticipating regulatory shifts.
