SE Fruits IPO public subscription opens on Pakistan Stock Exchange for fresh produce exporter

The offer terms themselves are straightforward enough to summarize. The prospectus states a floor price of PKR 40 per share and a maximum price band of 60% above that, taking the ceiling to PKR 64. It also states that the total issue size is 30,000,000 shares, with the general public portion comprising 7,500,000 shares and being fully underwritten. The principal purpose of the issue is to raise PKR 1.2 billion at the floor price, mainly to strengthen working capital, expand cold-chain and processing infrastructure, establish international offices in the UAE and Uzbekistan, implement ERP and asset tracking systems, and install solar and grid infrastructure. What makes this company more than a generic agri narrative is the fact that the business is not new at all; only the corporate wrapper is. The prospectus says the business began in 1998 as an Association of Persons under the name Shaheen Enterprises, and only later corporatized into a private limited company on August 18, 2025 before converting into a public limited company on January 12, 2026 in preparation for listing. That matters because it means investors are not being asked to fund a startup with no operating memory. They are being asked to assess a business that claims nearly three decades of operating track record in exporting kinnow, mangoes, and, increasingly, potatoes, with international reach across the Middle East, South Asia, Central Asia, the Far East, and the CIS region. The company’s registered office is in Sargodha, which is exactly the kind of geographic detail that gives the story credibility because Sargodha is not a random place in this business; it is the heart of Pakistan’s citrus ecosystem.
