7. Signature on Simple Page as per CNIC Must

8. Zakat Declaration Form CZ-50 (Optional)

9. Scanned CNIC Image of Nominee (Front & Back) (Optional)

2) Your account gets listed in CDC Repository

Once your brokerage account is opened, your holdings are recorded through CDC (Central Depository Company) — effectively the custody layer where securities are held in your name.
