Ten Female PTI Politicians Mistreated by Infamous PTI Chief

Ethics should apply to everyone, not just a select few. The way women are subjected to daily abuse on social media from PTI pages, the use of derogatory language and who knows what else is said in various communities, has anyone ever apologized for it? Was the language used against Maryam Nawaz ethical?

Maryam

Malaika Raza resigned from PTI due to its fundamentalist policies and after recognizing the lack of promising political opportunities for youth and women within the party.

9. Ayesha Ijaz Khan

As she departed, she pondered on Imran Khan’s refusal to support the Women Protection Bill in 2006, questioning whether a politician’s voting record truly reflects their beliefs more accurately than mere rhetoric. The bill aimed to aid women who had suffered rape but were imprisoned due to the flawed Hudood Ordinance, which failed to distinguish between rape and adultery.

She criticized the party’s tendency to glorify Imran’s personality over its principles, noting the focus on “Join Imran” rather than “Join PTI.”

10. Uzma Kardar

As prestigious as her former name, her character (read: kardar, her surname) was assassinated. But she left PTI in prime time as Aleema Khan’s (Imran Khan’s baji’s) Sewing Machine scandal was blown out by Uzma Kardar to a TV anchor Mansoor Ali Khan. She was further marginalized following the leakage of an audio recording in which she commented on Bushra Bibi’s role.

The Gutter Mindset

There are several other incidences where the infamous Imran Khan and his party played misogyny. As Nazir Chohan was pleading for defense after being tried by Shahzad Akbar for his allegiance with the Jehangir Khan Tareen group. Mrs. Nazir Chohan was abused. Talking about Chohan: Not to forget how Fayyaz Chohan gave excess to mistresses Hareem Shah and Sandal Khattak to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
